Ziya Clothing values your privacy. This page explains, in plain terms, what personal information we collect when you shop with us — online or at our Coimbatore store — and how we use it. We collect only what we need to serve you: your name, phone number, and (where you provide it) your delivery address and email, so we can process orders, arrange delivery, handle exchanges, and keep you updated.

We share it only with the partners who help us fulfil your order — for example our payment provider and our delivery courier — and only to the extent needed to complete that order. We aim to keep your information accurate and to retain it only for as long as we need it for billing, returns, and applicable tax records.
