Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how Ziya Clothing (138, Sathy Rd, Kandasamy Nagar, Saravanampatti, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu 641035; GSTIN 33AAEFZ4869N1ZE) handles cancellations and refunds. It sits alongside our Returns & Exchange policy, which covers the conditions for returning or exchanging an item.

Cancellations: you may cancel an order any time before it is dispatched by calling or messaging us on the numbers below — we will refund any amount you have paid in full. Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled, but it may still be returned under our Returns & Exchange policy. We may also cancel an order ourselves in cases of stock unavailability, an obvious pricing or listing error, or suspected misuse; if we do, any amount you have paid is refunded in full.

Refund methods and timelines: once a return is received and inspected, or a cancellation is confirmed, prepaid online orders are refunded to the original payment method (UPI, card, or net banking) within 5–7 business days; cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by UPI or bank transfer within 7 business days of you sharing your details; in-store purchases are settled by exchange or store credit at the counter. The time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.

Failed or duplicate online payments: if money is debited from your account but your order is not confirmed — for example due to a network or gateway error — the amount is normally reversed automatically by the payment gateway within 5–7 business days. If you are charged twice for the same order, the duplicate amount is refunded in full. If a debited amount is not reversed within this period, contact us with your order and payment details and we will trace it with our gateway partner.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item received: tell us within 48 hours of delivery — a photo on WhatsApp is enough to start. We will arrange a replacement at no cost, or a full refund including any shipping charges you paid.

Non-refundable items: innerwear and nightwear (for hygiene reasons), items bought on clearance where marked non-returnable on the product page, altered garments, and free gifts are not eligible for refund. This does not affect your rights for defective items, which are always covered. Return shipping for size or preference returns is borne by the customer; for defective or wrong items, we bear it.

Nothing in this policy limits the remedies available to you under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. For any question about a cancellation or refund, contact us using the details below.
