Returns & Exchange

We want every Ziya piece to fit and feel right. If something isn't quite right, you may request an exchange or return within a reasonable window of receiving your order, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.

Size exchanges are our specialty — bring your item (with the receipt) to our Coimbatore store, or contact us to arrange a return for online orders, and we'll help you find the right fit subject to stock availability.

Certain items, such as innerwear and nightwear, may not be eligible for return for hygiene reasons; these will be clearly indicated. Refunds, where applicable, are made to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.
