Shipping Policy

We deliver across India through our courier partners. Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 2–4 business days of confirmation, and delivery usually takes a further 3–7 business days depending on your location and courier serviceability for your PIN code.

Shipping charges, if any, are shown clearly at checkout before you pay — there are no hidden costs. Cash-on-delivery availability may vary by PIN code and is indicated at checkout.

Prefer to collect in person? Choose store pickup at checkout and collect your order free of charge from our store at 138, Sathy Rd, Kandasamy Nagar, Saravanampatti, Coimbatore — we will message you as soon as it is ready.

Once your order ships, we send tracking updates by SMS or WhatsApp so you can follow the parcel to your door. Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are complete and correct; if a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-dispatch, and any re-shipping charge may apply.

Delivery estimates are our best guidance and can occasionally be affected by festivals, weather, or courier disruptions beyond our control. If your order is delayed well past the estimate, contact us on the numbers below and we will chase it down.
