Shipping Policy

How we ship: orders are sent across India through registered domestic courier companies and speed post. Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 2–4 business days of confirmation, and delivery usually takes a further 3–7 business days depending on your location and the courier's serviceability for your PIN code. Delivery is made to the address you gave at checkout.

Shipping charges, if any, are shown clearly at checkout before you pay — there are no hidden costs, and the charge depends on your delivery PIN code and the weight of the order. Every order is prepaid; we do not offer cash on delivery.

Prefer to collect in person? Choose store pickup at checkout and collect your order free of charge from our store at 239-4,5,6,7, Sathy Rd, Kandhasamy Nagar, Saravanampatti, Coimbatore — we will message you as soon as it is ready.

Tracking your order: as soon as your parcel is handed to the courier we send you the tracking number by SMS or WhatsApp on the mobile number you signed in with, along with the link to follow it. You can also see the status of any order under My Orders on this website, or call or WhatsApp our store number below and we will check it for you.

Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are complete and correct before you pay — an order cannot be redirected or amended once it has been dispatched, though you may cancel it free of charge at any time before it is dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-dispatch, and any re-shipping charge may apply.

Delivery estimates are our best guidance and can occasionally be affected by festivals, weather, or courier disruptions. We are not liable for a delay caused by the courier company or the postal authority once a parcel has left us, but we will always chase it on your behalf — if your order is delayed well past the estimate, contact us on the number below.
