These terms govern your use of ziyaclothing.in and every order you place with Ziya Clothing, 138, Sathy Rd, Kandasamy Nagar, Saravanampatti, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu 641035 (GSTIN 33AAEFZ4869N1ZE). By placing an order you confirm that the details you provide are accurate and that you are legally able to make the purchase.

Orders: your order is an offer to buy. It is confirmed when we accept it — for prepaid orders, once payment is received; for cash-on-delivery orders, once we confirm the order for dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order in cases of stock unavailability, an obvious pricing or listing error, or suspected misuse; if we do, any amount you have paid is refunded in full.

Prices and GST: all prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable GST. A GST tax invoice is issued with every order. While we take care to keep prices and product details accurate, if a clear error is found in a price you have paid, we will contact you with the option of paying the correct price or cancelling for a full refund.

Products: our garments are photographed as accurately as possible, but colours can vary slightly between screens and fabric, and handcrafted prints or weaves may show minor variations — these are characteristics of the garment, not defects. Size guidance is provided on each product page.

Payments: online payments are processed by a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway; we never store your card or banking details. Cash on delivery is available where offered at checkout. At our store you may pay by cash, card, or UPI.

Delivery, returns, and exchanges are governed by our Shipping Policy and Returns & Exchange policy, which form part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits the rights available to you under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

All content on this website — images, text, and branding — belongs to Ziya Clothing and may not be copied or reused for commercial purposes without permission. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Grievances: our Grievance Officer can be reached at the store address and phone numbers below. Complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within one month, as required by the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. These terms are governed by Indian law, and the courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction.
