These terms set out the basis on which you may browse our catalogue and place orders with Ziya Clothing. By placing an order you confirm that the details you give us are accurate and that you are able to enter into this purchase.

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable GST. We make every effort to display product details, colours, and availability accurately, but slight variations in colour can occur between screens and fabric. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will let you know and arrange a refund or alternative.

Payment is taken through our payment provider at checkout, or in cash / UPI at our store counter. Your order is confirmed once payment is received. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary with courier serviceability for your area.

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Returns & Exchange policy. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Indian consumer law. This is a draft and will be finalised with our legal advisor before launch.
